Jacey Bullock, M.S., CCC-SLP

Jacey is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatric speech and language therapy, pediatric feeding disorders, and orofacial myofunctional disorders across the lifespan. She is the founder and co-owner of KLC Pediatric Therapy. Jacey was born and raised just outside of Dallas, TX and ended up attending The University of Oklahoma for her bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. BOOMER SOONER! Following graduation, she married her high school sweetheart and they moved to Tulsa, OK for his job. During this time Jacey continued her education at The University of Tulsa where she received her master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology. After 4 years in Tulsa, OK Jacey and her husband moved back to Texas and she started working as a SLP in a school district. Jacey worked for 5 years learning and growing with some amazing colleagues turned friends. After having 3 kiddos “KLC,” Jacey decided it was time for a change. This is when KLC Pediatric Therapy was opened.

Bailey Miller, M.S., CCC-SLP

Bailey is an ASHA certified pediatric Speech Language Pathologist specializing in early intervention, pediatric speech and language development, and apraxia. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Oklahoma in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Texas Woman’s University. She is the co-owner of KLC Pediatric Therapy. Prior to KLC, Bailey spent 8 years providing therapy and on the evaluation team in the school setting. She is passionate about early intervention! Bailey is from Dallas, TX. She enjoys reading when she is not at work and she got married last December!

Speech Language Pathologist

Haylee Tatum, M.S., CCC-SLP

Haylee is an ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist. She is originally from Fort Worth and only left the area for her four years to attend Texas A&M, where she received her undergraduate degree in Child Professional Services. Haylee commuted to Dallas for two years right after to attend graduate school at UT Dallas where she received her master’s in Speech Language Pathology. Haylee has spent the last five years working as a Speech Language Pathologist in the elementary and middle school settings. She loves everything about her job and she wants to make every child feel heard, seen, and loved! Haylee and her husband met at Texas A&M and were married in 2018. They now have two precious boys. In her free time, she loves to ride her Peloton, go on walks around the neighborhood, or catch up on a new show. Most of her free time is spent going on fun adventures with her boys to coffee shops, parks, or play dates! She loves spending time with family!

Reading Specialist

Heather Davenport, MA, Ed.

Heather Davenport is a tenured K-8 certified teacher with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trinity University and a Masters of Arts in Elementary Education from Texas Christian University. In addition, she is currently in training to be a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) through the Key School Dyslexia Training Center in Fort Worth, Texas. Over the course of her career as an educator, Heather has spent 10 years as an elementary school teacher in the public school, three years in private school settings, and ten years as a homeschool teacher to her five children. Heather has been trained in the following programs: the Heggerty Phonemic Awareness Curriculum, Saxon Phonics, Texas Reading Academy, and Really Great Reading Phonics. Following the diagnosis of Dyslexia in one of her own children, Heather was trained in the Barton Reading and Spelling System (an Orton-Gillingham based program). Her passion has always been educating children to become lifelong readers and spellers. She prioritizes making children feel safe and parents feel supported. Heather lives in Aledo with her husband and family. She and her husband have two daughters at Texas A&M University, and a son and twin daughters at Aledo High School.

Chelsea Holle, RDH

Chelsea Holle is a proud Louisiana native hailing from Shreveport, LA., and she always believed in pursuing her passions with fervor. Graduating from Pensacola State College with a degree in Dental Hygiene was just the beginning of her journey. With an undergraduate background in Allied Health and Dental Hygiene, Chelsea is currently expanding her horizons with a Health Sciences degree from Texas Woman’s University.

Beyond her professional pursuits, her heart finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether it's spending quality time with her loving husband and three wonderful children, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of concerts and sporting events, or savoring tranquil evenings at the park, family and leisure are her cherished priorities.

Chelsea has been married for 11 years to her sweetheart, and their journey has taken them across various states, but Texas holds a special place in their hearts—it's where they truly feel at home. Every day, Chelsea wakes up excited to engage with what she loves most: fostering meaningful connections with her patients and empowering them to thrive.
