This exercise focuses on alternating between a narrow or skinny shaped tongue and wide or fat shaped tongue.
Open widely, but comfortably.
Alternate between fat tongue and skinny tongue, using slow, controlled movements.
Strain should not be seen in the face, lips, or neck.
Goal: demonstrate skinny to fat tongue transitions 10x in a row with no forward thrusting or extraneous movements.
